Search 'All' Feature

Description and title fields are always searchable starting from 3.0.797, make sure to use 4 characters keywords at least when you search ( MySQL full-text search indexes keywords with length >=4 by default ).

I don't know what is going on but the keyword search isn't working in basic or advanced search. I just haven't had time to look at it but I will need to fix when they get some ads. I have a feeling that it is something that I did but not sure what.  :-[

Please open support ticket and provide all the necessary details (server access and describe how you test it).

"All Categories" option for keywords search was implemented in build 797 to appear always.

In older releases it appears only if all your categories have the same fields set, i.e. when you don't use category specific ad fields.

If you'll just add 'All Categories' in HTML with id=0 the search will not produce accurate results in most cases.

Hi Hawk.  I have version 797, but "All Categories" does not appear as the default setting for search.  Nor does it appear as if it can be added through the Admin.  What steps should I take to support search across all categories?

All Categories are searchable in 3.0.797 but how about extra pages?

If not...........how easy would that be to impliment?
