Bumping Up Adverts

Hi Folks,

Hope you all have a nice Christmas and New Year.

Has anyone implemented a way for users to bump up their adverts using Esvon? Users have asked me for the ability to bump up their adverts to the top of the latest lisings after their listing has been displayed for a certain period etc.

If they update the ad in any way it will push it to the top of the list - like what happens on gumtree. I notice that some of my users do that on a regular basis.

Othewise I guess you could write some php/mysql code query the ads that are x days old and change the expiry date + run with a cron job.

I can't say anything about your configuration, but my site will put an updated listing at the top also.  The only thing the user has to do is open their listing in their user control panel and then click update.  No edits are requried.
