I am looking to perform a refresh on this site as it is now receiving approx 1000 hits per day.

Are the hits you are getting from spiders or are they unique users ??

You can send me a PM and let me know what you are interested in doing and then I can tell you better if I would have the time.  Let me know what version of EC you are using.
