MkPortal includes a Chat program.

Would this be a useful feature? (I can add a block somewhere to indicate who is currently in it).

It does involve downloading a small Java application to make it work.

Any views?

Although I am not into "chatting" :-X over the internet.  It would be useful for communicating with other members when discussing urgent problems.
