Make and Models File

For anyone that is going to be using esvon for a car classified website and they need all the makes and models for their dependent menus I will save you some time.

I spent a few days creating these files and I didn't want anyone else having to go through such a laborious task of creating them.

There are three text files:

New Cars - New cars currently sold in the US
Used Cars - Used cars made after 1981

You may want to proof the files, but they should be pretty accurate.
